With this article, we will talk about the differences of major religions and how they will view their practice of meditation.
1. Hinduism

3. Christianity
This religion treats meditation like praying. The practice like praying the rosary can be thought of as meditation in the Christian lifestyle.
Another type of meditation done by Christian is by thinking about certain religious passages. This is going to have differences to Eastern religions since Christian meditation means active minds while it is the complete opposite for Eastern practices.

5. Taoism
Most religions that use meditation remain still but Taoism takes it to a more physically active level. It is more evident in the practice of Tai Chi where practitioners do meditation in motion.
